What do you do to support your wellbeing and how do you feed your creative nature? Would you love to try using art materials but feel you’re not an artist? My workshops will give you an afternoon of guided fun activities and a safe place to reconnect with your innate creativity. During May, try Creative Wellbeing Workshops using journaling, poetry and writing.

Melissa is a qualified Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, passionate about enabling creative expression for wellbeing and mental health. All workshops are designed to support wellbeing and are a safe relaxed place to explore your inner creativity.
