We have made this hot and sour soup with our nutritious chicken bone broth, seasonal greens, perfectly balanced aromatic herbs, lemongrass and red chilli. Perfect with a squeeze of fresh lime. Our organic meals, soups and bone broths are made by hand on our farm, using fresh produce and slow cooking to bring out the natural flavours.

READY IN 10 MINUTES Heat for ten minutes in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring occasionally – don’t let it boil. This is a guideline only as appliances may vary.
Chicken stock (44%), water*, peas (9%), chicken breast (5%), cabbage (4%), tamari, edamame beans (3%) (SOYA), (contain water*, sea salt*), leeks (2%), ginger purée, honey, garlic purée, red chilli purée (1%), coriander (1%), lime juice, vegetable bouillon powder, spring onion, lemongrass (0.4%), lemon juice, coconut sugar.

Keep refrigerated 0-5˚C, once opened use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase: use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
