Wellness Wednesday – Eating with Neurodiversity with Lucinda Miller (Nature Doc) – 24 April 2024


Lucinda has over 25 years of experience as a family naturopath; and she is the author of two bestselling family nutrition cookbooks The Good Stuff & I Can’t Believe It’s Baby Food. Also look out for Brain Brilliance which is being published later in the summer. All her tips and recipes focus on feeding the brain, the immune system and the gut microbiome.
This Wellness Wednesday will be focused on “Brain Brilliance – Feeding The Mind” sharing her wisdom on supporting neurodivergence, mental health and future proofing our brains as we get older.
